Hi all, hope you had an easy rentrée to school and work :). We have a super fun weekend this time, with wine tasting, street shows in Arcachon, a vintage market, and more. And don’t forget that the summer isn’t really over yet so you can still enjoy many of Bordeaux’s summer bars and check out some of Bordeaux’s best beaches. Here’s the list of things to do this weekend in Bordeaux (September 4-6).

Portes Ouvertes de l’Appellation Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux

This weekend (September 5-6) the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation is hosting its annual open doors event. The chateaux of this small appellation welcome you to a weekend of guided tours, tastings, and wine-related activities. For all the details click here.

Vintage market

This Sunday (September 6) the Iboat is hosting a fun vintage market at its summer terrasse. The market will take place from 12:00 to 19:00. For more info click here.

Festival Teste à Têtes

See a live concert

Enjoy the last weeks of live concerts at la Guinguette chez Alriq. This weekend you have the chance to enjoy the performances of the rock band Dätcha Mandala on Friday and the swing ensemble of Hot Swing Sextet on Saturday. See the full program here.

Les Vivres de l’Art

This summer Les Vivres de l’Art in Bacalan invites you to the 7ème Ciel exhibition hosting five different artists. For those who have never visited this fascinating place, Les vivres de l’art is an artistic association, holding cultural events, workshops, vintage sales, music festivals, exhibitions, and more. Costumes exhibition in the Opera of Bordeaux

A beautiful exhibition called “Plus que Parfait” is currently presented at the Opera of Bordeaux. The exhibition presents the incredible world of theater costumes and includes many items form shows that were previously played at the Opera.
